President’s Communication – September, 2026

Dear Friends,
September is always a unique month for us as Chartered Accountants. With the tax audit deadline around the corner, it is a month of intense professional activity. At the same time, we celebrate festivals like Paryushan and Ganpati, which remind us to pause, reflect and reconnect with what truly matters.
Paryushan brings with it the beautiful principle of Kshamapana – seeking and offering forgiveness. On behalf of CVOCA, I take this opportunity to seek Michhami Dukkadam from each one of you. If, knowingly or unknowingly, through any of our actions or words during the year, we have hurt or inconvenienced you, please accept our sincere apologies. We also extend our forgiveness to all, with a wish that we continue our journey together with positivity and goodwill.
The past month has been an exciting one for CVOCA. Trust Manthan, held on 7th August, witnessed an overwhelming response with 500+ trustees and office bearers participating. The second session of our Value Investing Club was also very well received, further encouraging us to continue bringing newer and meaningful learning opportunities for our members.
As we move into September, we have lined up three interesting programmes: “How to Effectively Use Claude” on 4th September, a CA Exam Preparation Session for Students on 5th September, and a Wellness Session on Yoga Techniques on 16th September.
CVOCA will continue to bring something new for our members, students and the community. Your participation and suggestions are what make these initiatives meaningful. If you have any ideas or suggestions for CVOCA, I would be delighted to hear from you at president@cvoca.org.
Wishing you all a successful compliance season and a very happy and peaceful festive period.
With warm regards,
CA Gautam Taruna Rajesh Mota
President
