President’s Communication – August 2026

Dear Friends,
I hope each one of you has successfully navigated the first phase of the compliance season. As professionals, we often spend these months meeting deadlines and fulfilling our commitments to clients. I sincerely appreciate the dedication and hard work that each one of you puts in during this demanding period.
With the first compliance rush behind us, CVOCA is once again geared up with a series of initiatives designed to add value not only to our members, but also to students and society at large.
One initiative that deserves a special mention is our ‘Virasat’ book. I am delighted to share that we have successfully distributed over 2,000 copies to individuals and families, helping spread awareness on the importance of succession planning and estate management. The overwhelming response has been truly encouraging, and to meet the growing demand, we have already initiated the reprinting of the book. It is heartening to see this initiative making a meaningful impact in society.
We begin this month’s programmes with Trust Manthan on 7th August—a unique initiative aimed at trustees and office bearers of charitable organisations to help them understand the evolving regulatory landscape. This will be followed by a session on Virtual CFO Services on 12th August, exploring one of the fastest-growing avenues of professional practice. Our Student Seminar on Tax Audit on 14th August will continue our commitment towards nurturing future professionals. Members can also look forward to the next session of the Value Investing Club on 21st August, while on 22nd August, we shall take a refreshing pause with a wellness session on Pranayam by Dr. CA Kishor Gada, reminding ourselves that professional success is best complemented by good health.
At CVOCA, we remain committed to bringing fresh ideas, relevant learning opportunities and meaningful initiatives that benefit our members as well as society. Your enthusiastic participation has always been our greatest source of motivation, and I warmly invite each one of you to continue being an active part of this journey.
I look forward to meeting many of you at our upcoming programmes.
With warm regards,
CA Gautam Rajesh Mota
